Yes - the drivetrain configuration doesn't affect the ECU remap. Both xDrive and RWD 330ds see identical power gains. The xDrive's extra traction means the additional power is perhaps even better deployed in all conditions.
The M340i uses the petrol B58 and is a different driving experience. A remapped 330d doesn't match M340i power at Stage 1, but the torque delivery from the B57 diesel is extraordinary - in many real-world situations it's equally as fast.
